From the biodynamic and biodiverse world of Penedès' Clos Lentiscus, in Catalonia, this natural / organic / biodynamic blend of co-fermented Ull de llebre (Tempranillo) and Carignan comes from 42 year old vines in La Dolinera vineyard.

It was native fermented in stainless, where it remained over the winter and until bottling the following spring, with no additions or deletions. Pouring a lighter crimson hue, this carries a muddied melange of red florals, tart cranberry, rhubarb, wild flowers across a soft palate, with fine, sticky tannins. Very natty, this 1L bottle welcomes a brisk chill and some cured meats.
