Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide a photo of the product (wine bottle or other) and state the reason for your return request. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at graeme@smallspiritscompany.co.uk. If your return requested is accepted, we will refund the value. There is no reason to return the product. Please dispose of it.

Damages and delivery issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food items) and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you’ve purchased something you didn’t intend to, please return it then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return documents, and let you know when your refund is approved (or not). If approved, your refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method, normally within 30 days. Please note it that your bank or credit card company may take longer to post the refund after we process it.
