Shipping policy

For all orders OUTWITH the City of Edinburgh we use a third-party shipping agent, DHL. All orders will be processed for delivery within 48hours of receiving the order and a dispatch receipt will be sent.

On occasion, some deliveries may take longer due to bank holidays and/or other events outside our control.

All orders received on a Friday will be delivered the following week.

For all orders WITHIN Edinburgh city limits, we deliver on Wednesdays or Fridays between 10am and 5pm. Should you have a specific delivery request, please contact us directly.
