Zingy and fresh Chenin!
Light straw yellow with slightly green reflections in the glass and aromas of white flowers and fresh citrus. On the palate it shows a fine mouth-watering acidity.
The grapes come from vines of winemaker friends in the Chinon area. After the organic grapes were hand-picked, they were pressed directly using a pneumatic press and the juice was spontaneously fermented with wild yeasts. Fermentation and maturation took place in stainless steel tanks. It was unfiltered and unfined with minimal sulfur added at bottling.
